Dr. Amir Drory leads the ECI expert team, overseeing the design and technical support of Pliesel pyrolysis plants. He earned his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and conducted postdoctoral research at Purdue University (Indiana).
Dr. Drory is an agronomist and agricultural biotechnologist with extensive experience in developing innovative biofuel production (via microalgae cultivation), unique natural ingredients, fertilizers, and green energy solutions across Israel, the USA, and India. As an expert in technology implementation, he specializes in the design and execution of R&D programs, the scale-up of production facilities, analytical work, IP protection, regulatory compliance, and team management.
Under his leadership, the ECI team integrates a diverse range of professionals, including chemical engineers, process designers, hardware manufacturers, system integrators, and regulatory advisors, essential for the design and construction of plastics-to-diesel pyrolysis plants.
